Join us in Pinal County in September for an inspiring stop on ASBA’s Strategic Coaching for Advancing Local Entrepreneurs (SCALE) Roadshow, created to empower and accelerate small business growth across Arizona.

From interactive workshops and insightful panels to meaningful networking, this event is designed to equip entrepreneurs, innovators, and business leaders with the tools and connections they need to thrive in today’s fast-changing economy. 

We welcome entrepreneurs from Casa Grande, Coolidge, Eloy, Arizona City and surrounding communities to join us for a day of learning, connection, and opportunity.

9:30 - 10:30 am | Opening Remarks

Opening remarks will be provided by ASBA, the Arizona Commerce Authority, and elected officials representing Pinal County. State and local leaders will share insights on key issues affecting Pinal County’s small business community and discuss “How Lawmakers Can Help Your Business.”

10:30 - 11:30 am | 'What is a Business Plan SWOT Analysis?' by Central Arizona College 

This SWOT Analysis overviews identifying your personal and business’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This tool considers internal factors of what is and is not working for your business. It helps improve an understanding of external factors to capitalize on or those that could harm your business. A strategic analysis helps create an Action Plan to achieve your goals and advance your business.

Connect with experts from leading small business support organizations as they share the programs, resources, and services available to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and strengthen their businesses.
