Early Childhood Education and the Impact on the AZ Economy

The Phoenix Business Journal, in partnership with the Arizona Community Foundation, is hosting an event addressing the critical needs related to the topic of early childhood education in the state.

The panel discussion will focus on pressing issues as well as solutions to improve our education system at the earliest child development stages.

This event will bring together business leaders, educators, philanthropists, and community advocates to explore the systemic barriers and potential solutions – such as an expansion of affordable child care programs – shaping the future of early learning in our state.

Through the conversation, the panel will examine how investing in early education isn’t just a moral imperative — it’s an economic one.

Join us as we elevate this critical conversation — and help move the needle forward for Arizona’s children.

Panelists:

  • Melinda Morrison Gulick, CEO, First Things First
  • John Graham, Chairman and CEO, Sunbelt Holdings
  • Rich Nickel, President and CEO, Education Forward Arizona
